Police seeking identities of Drouin service station armed robbers

Police are seeking information on the identities of two men involved in an armed robbery at the United Service Station in Drouin on Saturday.

The two men entered the building at approximately 7.40pm and demanded cash from the console operator.

When the operator refused one of the men produced a beer bottle and threatened them.

The men then removed the cash tray and left via Sinclair Street.

The cash tin, bottle, and a white windcheater worn by one of the men was later found in the Drouin Primary School grounds.

A grey hoodie with the “Modern Future” logo, worn by the same offender, was also found on Drouin-Longwarry road.

One offender was wearing a black hoodie, is Caucasian, male, 185cm tall and of medium build.

The other man was wearing a grey hoodie, is Caucasian, 185cm tall, has facial hair and was wearing a black cap at the time of the robbery.

Why didn’t they use that image in the Warragul Gazette this week?
Much better view of the guy in the black hoodie’s face.
